Group milestones — Digital Securities Sandbox
XIXOIO LTD is preparing its Gate 1 application to the UK Digital Securities Sandbox (DSS). The updated target date for submitting the application is 31 October 2026. The original target date of 30 September 2026 was changed in connection with completing the new version of my.xixoio.com under the name BLOCK GENESIS. The DSS contacts at the FCA and the Bank of England have been informed of the revised timetable. 31 October 2026 is the target application submission date, not a date of entry into the DSS, Gate 1 approval, or endorsement or regulatory approval by the FCA or the Bank of England.

By the end of 2026 — subject to a successful Gate 1 outcome and completion of the required readiness work, the target is to submit a Gate 2 application.

Around March 2027 — according to the published Bank of England timetable, the window for new DSS applications is expected to close.
