XIXOIO a.s. is the issuer of the XIX token and bears the relationship to the holders. The parent layer holds the group development and know-how to the extent of demonstrated rights. For each product we state the responsible legal entity.

Criminal proceedings are pending against XIXOIO a.s. The company denies the accusations, cooperates with the law enforcement authorities and uses lawful means of defence. No final decision on guilt has been made.

Legal defence belongs to defence counsel and the law enforcement authorities, not to a website. Publicly, we state verified, dated facts and what we are doing to maintain continuity. This shows respect for the proceedings — and protects holders from speculation.

We cannot and will not predict the outcome of the proceedings. What we can document: the records of holdings, the documentation and the legal identity of the issuer remain preserved and maintained. We publish concrete steps with dates.
